Job summary

Cyted seeks two Clinical Nurse Trainers to introduce and embed EndoSign clinics across the NHS. You will deliver Cyted's approved clinical training, translate workflows into practical learning, and support on-site launch to ensure safe, effective operation within SOPs and governance.

You will travel across a North or South UK territory supporting NHS sites and Cyted offices, coordinating with Clinical Specialist and NHS teams to build readiness and competency.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with NHS training experience.
• Experience delivering clinical education or training.
• Endoscopy/diagnostics experience helpful.
• Experience implementing or supporting adoption of new clinical pathways.
• Experience working across NHS and commercial healthcare environments.
• Teaching/mentorship or clinical assessing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with NHS trust stakeholders and translate needs into practical implementation and readiness plans.
• Provide on-site launch support during clinic launches and early adoption.
• Deliver engaging, role-specific training with demonstrations and realistic scenarios.
• Assess knowledge and practical competency and maintain training records.
• Escalate complex issues through Cyted governance channels.
• Share feedback to improve training materials and SOPs.
