Spire Wellesley Hospital in Southend is seeking a motivated Endoscopy Practitioner to join a friendly team on a permanent basis. The role offers either full-time or part-time schedules, with a minimum 30 hours per week.

You will perform pre-assessments, assist consultants during procedures, and support discharge and recovery, participating in all endoscopy activities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or ODP with valid NMC/HCPC registration (no restrictions).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Endoscopy.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out patient pre-assessments and admissions into the endoscopy unit.
• Assist consultants during endoscopy procedures.
• Support patient discharge and recovery.
• Participate in all general endoscopy procedures.
