Job summary

Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital in Cambridge is seeking a Bank Endoscopy Practitioner to support flexible shifts in our endoscopy unit. This role offers variety across a Monday-to-Saturday pattern with early morning shifts to cover busy periods.

You will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, assist with diagnostic and therapeutic services, and work with a multidisciplinary team to maintain the highest standards of safety and patient experience.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse, ODP, or Healthcare Professional with relevant Endoscopy experience.
Current NMC or HCPC registration (where applicable).
Experience working within an Endoscopy setting.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Flexible approach and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy services.
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the patient pathway.
Support the multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.
Adhere to infection prevention, safeguarding, and professional practice standards.
