Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare UK is seeking a Marketing Manager – Endoscopy to lead the full-spectrum of marketing strategies, drive growth in market share and build trusted partnerships with clinicians and key opinion leaders across Europe. The role is home based with occasional visits to the Bedford office for KOLs and clinical team meetings.

You will run 360-degree campaigns, oversee creative development, manage budgets, plan product launches, and coordinate events, content, and LinkedIn activity

Qualifications

• Background in Clinical Marketing with campaign management and KOL activities.
• Degree in Business Marketing or Endoscopy-related field.
• Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is desirable.
• Experience collaborating with European teams is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across channels.
• Lead creative development and ensure messaging aligns with strategy.
• Manage Endoscopy and Pulmonology budgets; gain approvals.
• Lead product launch workshops and online events with doctors.
• Plan asset creation, timing, and channel strategy.
• Oversee exhibitions and events including budgeting and on-site execution.
• Organise pre-event shows and customer engagement events.
• Lead LinkedIn activity for Endoscopy in UK and Europe.
• Plan internal Endoscopy events to boost team knowledge.
