End User Support Analyst - Laptop Swaps - Leeds (Onsite Fulltime)
Inside IR35 - £290 Agreed assignment rate may be subject to change depending on applicable legislation or solution through which services are performed.
Shifts: 8AM-4PM or 10AM-6PM. Onsite 5 days per week due to the nature of the contract. 30 Working days.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volume laptop swaps.
- Provide end user support for BAU queries in a busy professional services environment.
- Support MS Office 365, Azure, Windows, Active Directory, MS Exchange Server.
- Proficient with HP, Lenovo, and Apple end user devices (laptops, iPhones, iPads), as well as office telephony and WiFi.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot supported versions of Microsoft Windows OS.
- Deploy, update, and remediate Microsoft Office suites.
- Enterprise-level Mobile Device Management using MobileIron including device enrolment, queries and resolutions.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with users of varying technical skill levels.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as an End User Support Analyst supporting BAU queries in a busy professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office 365, Azure, Windows, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
- Experience with HP, Lenovo, and Apple end user devices (laptops, iPhones, iPads).
- Proven ability to install, update, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows OS and Office suites.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to engage with users across the business and provide clear, effective support.
