Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an End User Device Engineer to deliver high-quality technical activities across the local health community and support the EUD Support Manager in implementing systems and processes as part of ICT planning.

You will lead major customer-focused projects, work with clinicians and managers to drive innovation and improvements in service provision, and enable healthcare professionals to access and interpret information sources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own and complete tasks to ensure excellent customer service.
• Support the EUD Support Manager with developing and delivering technical activities.
• Provide design, development and delivery of fit-for-purpose technical activities to meet stakeholder requirements.
