Lockhart Recruitment is seeking a Sales Order Administrator in Wellington to process orders from start to finish. This busy, in‑depth role requires accuracy, strong organisation and ownership of tasks in a friendly, family‑run environment.

You'll work 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, in a full‑time, office‑based position with quarterly bonuses and room to grow within the company. Salary ranges from £27,000 to £30,000, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in an office environment.
• Experience owning and managing processes and solving problems.
• Confident speaking with customers and building relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Take customer orders over the phone and by email with accuracy and warmth.
• Process orders end-to-end and ensure all details are correct.
• Keep customers updated and provide a smooth, reliable service.
• Handle day-to-day admin tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
• Work closely with a small, supportive team that values honesty and getting the job done.
