Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a PMO & Project Support for construction/cabling projects near Langport. The role offers £26,000-£30,000 per annum DOE, 08:00-17:00, and a chance to move into project delivery beyond admin.

You will coordinate end-to-end planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting while acting as the communication hub between engineers, sales, procurement and management. Various perks and progression opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in project support, coordination, construction admin, scheduling, or busy operations environments.
• Extremely organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills (comfortable working with engineers and clients).
• Solid MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint); MS Project/PM tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, trackers and documentation.
• Be the communication hub between engineers, sales, procurement and management.
• Prepare project reports and commissioning packs; manage quotes, handovers, drawings and as-builts.
• Support engineer scheduling, stock checks and logistics.
• Input project data, track costs and support basic financial reporting.
• Capture lessons learned and help improve processes/templates.
