Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for construction, M&E and hard facilities projects across the South of England. You will oversee multiple bespoke projects from cradle to grave, with autonomy, strong support network and opportunities for formal qualifications.

The role combines home/field/office work within a 2-hour radius, offers a £56k–£66k salary, £7k car allowance, generous pension, 33 days holiday and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects in Construction/Civil Engineering/Hard Facilities/M&E.
• Autonomy with support network and opportunities for formal qualifications (APM, IOSH).
• Holds a UK driving license and can operate within a 2-hour radius of home.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently within a 2-hour radius of home.
• Collaborate with a team of PMs and admin staff to drive delivery.
• Ensure site safety standards are met throughout projects.
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders to secure project outcomes.
• Pursue career progression and technical training.

Home, Field and Office based, Commutable from Longmoor, Liphook, Haselmere, Four marks, Waterlooville, Southampton, Aldershot, Guildford and surrounding areas

Are you a Project Manager or similar within Construction, Civil Engineering, Hard Facilities, M&E or similar looking the chance to play an instrumental part in the success of delivering highly bespoke and critical projects whilst being heavily invested in through technical training all whilst being highly empowered to oversee projects from cradle to grave?

• Overseeing multiple projects at once within a 2 hour radius of your home location
