Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a proactive Procurement Manager to support procurement across Facilities Services, Technical Solutions and Aviation. Based in Heathrow, you will own end-to-end procurement, lead sourcing activities, negotiate contracts and drive supplier performance for measurable commercial outcomes.

You will work closely with the Procurement Director and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, governance and value creation while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Ability to lead sourcing and supplier performance.
• Strong negotiation and contracting skills.
• Stakeholder engagement across functions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into procurement strategies and sourcing plans.
• Manage projects from opportunity through contract award and implementation.
• Deliver cost savings, rebates and value improvement initiatives.
• Manage full contract lifecycle with legal and commercial teams.
• Build relationships with suppliers to drive innovation and performance.
