Job summary

INEOS in Grangemouth is seeking a Project Execution Manager to lead Define and Execute stage activities for major projects such as Heater and Front-end Manifold, ensuring integration of engineering, procurement, construction, completions and commissioning to meet safety, schedule and cost targets. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you own end-to-end delivery and drive stage gate readiness.

You will coordinate interfaces with Asset, Operations, Procurement and contractors, promote INEOS 20

Qualifications

• Strong project delivery experience across Define and Execute phases.
• Experience managing EPC/EPCM interfaces within live facilities.
• Knowledge of CDM 2015, Control of Work and SHE management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Define and Execute stage activities with clear scope, cost, schedule and risk.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery up to handover to Operations.
• Apply INEOS 20 Principles and SHE requirements.
• Develop and maintain project controls framework and schedules.
• Coordinate interfaces with procurement, construction, commissioning and vendors.
• Monitor performance and advise on recovery and readiness.
• Ensure stage gate readiness and contract interfaces.
