Job summary

PD&MS Group in Grangemouth seeks an experienced Project Delivery Manager to direct the successful delivery of oil and gas projects from award to close-out. You will lead planning, cost control, and change management across onshore and offshore components, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements.

The role requires engineering or PM qualifications, professional body membership, PMI/APM training, with senior leadership experience and strong English communication.

• Professional body membership
• PMI or APM accredited training
• Masters degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct the delivery of projects from contract award to close-out.
• Oversee cost estimation and approval processes and enforce change control.
• Plan and run project meetings and reviews with internal and client teams.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies.
• Maintain client and vendor interfaces for seamless execution.
• Provide reporting and planning to Senior Management and measure KPIs.
