Job summary

VodafoneThree in Newbury is seeking a Network Engineering Solutions TDA to design, integrate, and deliver end-to-end network solutions across the Network Engineering domain. You will bridge business requirements with technical architecture to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective outcomes.

This role offers hybrid working with in-office and home-based days, and the opportunity to impact national network infrastructure with support from a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• End-to-end network design and architecture.
• Experience delivering COTS and bespoke network solutions.
• Ability to lead technical governance and design reviews.
• Strong collaboration across RAN, Core, IP, IT, Cloud and Security teams.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end design and architectural strategy across Network Engineering.
• Own E2E network solution covering core network, IP/MPLS, cloud, OSS/BSS.
• Define solution scope, dependencies and constraints.
• Ensure alignment with standards, security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure scalability, resiliency and service SLAs are met.
• Lead E2E solution delivery from design through deployment and acceptance.
• Coordinate across internal teams and partners.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for solution architecture.
