Job summary

Ashtead Technology in Turriff seeks a Project Manager to deliver complex, high-value mechanical solutions projects from contract award to completion. You will drive outcomes while ensuring safety, efficiency, timeliness and budget compliance, and you will develop strong client relationships in a values-driven environment.

You will oversee cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, mobilisation, testing, logistics and offshore support, with a focus on governance, change

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in engineering, offshore, or related environments.
• Experience managing complex equipment projects, including modifications, testing, mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Ability to interpret technical specs, develop plans and coordinate execution.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale projects, achieving contractual, technical, commercial and operational objectives.
• Develop project plans, resources, schedules and delivery timelines; manage risks and milestones.
• Manage budgets, invoicing schedules, change control and variations to maximise profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and offshore personnel; ensure effective communication.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, equipment mobilisation, testing, logistics and offshore support.
• Ensure governance, contractual obligations, procedures and financial controls are followed.
• Oversee documentation, reporting, specs, information packs and project tracking systems.
• Support client meetings, proposals, tenders, and continuous improvement through feedback.
