Job summary

Conquip Engineering Group is seeking a confident, organised Supply Chain Coordinator to join our expanding team in Alton. You will coordinate overseas suppliers, inbound shipments, stock, logistics providers and internal teams to ensure materials arrive on time and in the right place.

You will communicate across borders with freight forwarders, customs, warehouses and colleagues to keep orders moving smoothly.

Qualifications

Organised, accurate and proactive with ownership.
Able to communicate with suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
Calm and adaptable when priorities shift.
Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or stock control.

Responsibilities

Managing communication with overseas suppliers and coordinating inbound shipments.
Handling import, customs and clearance documentation.
Tracking orders, forecasting arrival dates and chasing delayed shipments.
Maintaining stock records and performing stock reconciliations.
Coordinating warehouse deliveries and resolving receiving issues.
Supporting the setup and ongoing management of the Eco Hub product.
Producing regular supply chain updates covering orders, stock levels, deliveries and supplier performance.
Completing weekly expenditure forecasts.
Providing competitive sales pricing for parts and road plates.
Setting up new suppliers and managing supplier documentation and credit forms.
Managing and resolving invoice queries.
Supporting month-end product and stock costing activities.
