Job summary

Conquip Engineering Group is seeking a confident, organised Supply Chain Coordinator to join our expanding team based in Alton. This hands-on role sits at the heart of our supply chain, coordinating overseas suppliers, inbound shipments, stock, logistics providers and internal teams to ensure materials arrive on time and in the right place.

You will manage end-to-end processes, maintain stock records, forecast delivery dates and provide proactive problem solving while partnering with suppliers

Qualifications

• Organised and commercially aware individual with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overseas suppliers and inbound shipments.
• Track orders, forecast arrival dates and chase delays.
• Maintain stock records and reconcile stock levels.
• Produce regular supply chain updates and supplier performance reports.
• Set up new suppliers and manage supplier documentation and credit forms.
• Resolve invoice queries and support month-end costing activities.
