Job summary

PZ Cussons is recruiting a Customer Supply Coordinator in Manchester to join the Demand & Customer Supply team. You will help ensure products reach customers on time, collaborate with planning, logistics and finance, and turn supply chain insights into action to improve service levels and OTIF.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong data handling, and relationship-building with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or supply chain role within FMCG.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with data and reporting service performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver high service levels.
• Manage customer orders end-to-end and resolve issues to protect service.
• Monitor service performance and drive improvements in OTIF and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, commercial and finance teams.
• Support forecasting with customer insights and align supply with demand.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost to serve.
