Job summary

Verbatim Pharma is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to own entire clinical projects with direct client interaction, across the full lifecycle from start-up through completion. This role offers autonomy, engagement with senior leadership, and a hybrid working arrangement in the North West.

You will manage multiple trials, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead governance meetings, while ensuring timelines, risks and budgets are controlled.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or similar field.
• Proven experience managing clinical trial projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple clinical trial projects from kick-off to final delivery.
• Acting as the primary contact for sponsors, biotech companies and CRO clients
• Leading client meetings and project governance activities
• Building project plans, timelines, risks and resources
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across operations, quality, data management and technology
• Supporting change requests, project finances and client reporting
• Interpreting clinical trial protocols and translating them into operational plans
• Contributing to process improvements within a growing organisation
