A leading management organization is recruiting Independent Apprenticeship Assessors for a remote role with occasional travel. This position involves preparing and conducting End Point Assessments across various apprenticeship standards, enhancing management skills within the workforce. We are hiring experienced and passionate Independent Apprenticeship Assessors (IAAs) to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver End Point Assessments (EPAs) across a range of vital Apprenticeship Standards, helping to shape the next generation of leaders.
You will be preparing for and undertaking EPAs in line with CMI’s quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.
You will be conducting EPA activities and Live Assessment Days (LADs) and making assessment judgments on apprentice competence. Leading EPA Live Assessment Activities and recommending competence. Undertaking detailed checks on Gateway documentation to ensure compliance with assessment plan requirements.
