What You’ll Do

As an End of Line technician within the production area, reporting to the Team Leader at McLaren Automotive, you will take on a role ensuring a seamless operation within one of our quality areas. Your primary responsibility will be practical problem solving within quality stations, reworking faults to process standards, and conducting a 4m method to resolve issues within our internal stakeholder team. You will also ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to. Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals as a company.

Qualifications

• The understanding of processes/work instructions to deliver a consistent process.
• The understanding of workplace safety risk assessments and their meaning.
• Ability to make sound and logical decisions.
• Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Knowledge within automotive sector is required.
