Job summary

Shaftesbury Brodawel in Aberystwyth is recruiting an Enabling Support Worker. You will provide care and support, following the person-centred plan, and maintain accurate records. A full UK driving licence is required, with the ability to drive a manual car. Sleep-in sessions may be required, with additional pay of £60 per sleep-in.

The role forms part of Livability’s disability services and aims to enable residents to live full and independent lives within a supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required, with the ability to drive a manual car.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
• Maintain accurate records at work in line with service requirements; administer personal care and medication as needed.
• Cover sleep-in sessions with additional £60 per sleep-in paid.
