Job summary

Kent County Council's Kent Enablement Service is looking for a Kent Enablement Worker to provide short-term, outcome-focused support for up to six weeks to adults in health and social care. The role is primarily based in Thanet and surrounding areas, with travel across a wider area required; a Full UK Driving Licence is essential, and mileage allowance is provided.

You would need to evidence core values and work towards or hold the Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care; good communication
