Shaftesbury Independent Living is seeking an Enabling Support Worker in Shaftesbury North East to join the Complex Care Service. You will support individuals with complex needs, following person-centred plans and ensuring high-quality care.

A full UK license is required, and only female applicants are considered at present. The role includes documenting records, administering personal care and medications, with potential sleep-in duties at additional pay; a competitive salary and benefits are

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months' experience supporting people with complex needs in a supported living setting.
• NVQ/QCF level 2 or willingness to work towards.
• A person-centred approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding support.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement guided by the person supported and the support plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• May administer personal care and medications as needed.
• Possible sleep-in shifts with £60 extra per sleep-in.
