Job summary

Sh Shaftesbury is recruiting an Enabling Support Worker to provide care and encouragement, following a person-centred support plan. You will maintain records, and may assist with personal care and medication, on site in East Anglia.

Sleep-in shifts are paid an additional £60; you will work to enhance independence and community access for adults with disabilities, under the Shaftesbury charity umbrella.

Qualifications

• Provide support and encouragement according to the person-centred support plan.
• Maintain accurate records while at work in line with service requirements.
• May administer personal care and medication as required.

Responsibilities

• May administer personal care and medication as required.
• Cover sleep-in sessions with additional pay of £60 per sleep-in.
• Assist adults with disabilities to access community activities and build independence.
