Job summary

Derbyshire County Council's Reablement teams in Adult Care are seeking compassionate workers to deliver personalised care plans, assist with personal care and wellbeing, and maintain accurate records.

You will collaborate with a multi-professional team, contribute to discussions, and receive ongoing training and wellbeing support to help you grow in your career.

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential; you should be willing to work on a rota including unsocial hours.
