Exciting OpportunityWe’re on the lookout for passionate Enablement Support Workers to join our short-term reablement teams in the adult care department. If you’re eager to make a real difference in people’s lives, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do
Contracts will be on a rota basis and a 6 hour shift pattern. Therefore on a 18 hour contract you will be working 3 days a week; 24 hours a week you will be working 4 days a week; 30 hours you will be working 5 days a week. There are also opportunities to work extra hours when they are available. The job will require unsocial hours including weekends and Bank Holidays. You could also be required to work at night when the need arises and with agreement. Payment arrangements will be detailed in any contract offer made.

Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.
