Salary details: Grade 5 - Hourly rate: £12.65 - £12.85. Enhanced hourly rate for working between 7.00pm and 7.00am: £16.86 - £17.13. Salary for 37 hours or pro rata pay for hours of the post: £24,404 - £24,790.

We are looking for Enablement Support Workers to join our short-term reablement teams within local communities.
The role involves supporting clients in their own homes to regain independence. No prior experience or qualifications are necessary as we provide structured training to support career development in social care.
If you have a caring personality, a desire to help others, and the ambition to promote independence, we want to hear from you.
You will work as part of a multi-professional team to support individuals to live independently. You will follow a therapeutic, goal-focused care plan and receive support from senior staff and professional development opportunities. There are clear pathways for career progression.
Vacancies are for 18-hour contracts on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays. There are opportunities for extra hours, and night work may be required with agreement. Pay rates vary for unsocial hours and bank holidays.
