Job summary

hana group in Nantwich is recruiting for a kiosk team leader who will manage the on-site team, ensure high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and prepare fresh ingredients at early start times. You will handle weekly orders, stock control, and labeling to meet regulatory requirements.

Role requires reliable transport, willingness to start at 6am, and a proactive approach to training and continuous improvement. Competitive hourly rate and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
• Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
• Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
• Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
• Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take
• An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Responsibilities

• Lead the kiosk team and uphold food safety standards.
• Support busy service periods with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ensure orders, stock and prep run smoothly from dawn to finish.
