Job summary

Hft is hiring a dedicated Support Worker to empower learning disabled adults to live life their way. You will support independence, enable participation in activities, and promote health and wellbeing with respect for individuals' choices.

DBS checks are required, and you’ll join a warm, inclusive team that values safeguarding and compassionate care. Evening, weekend, and sleep-in shifts are available as part of flexible working arrangements.

• Empower independence and help people make choices about their lives.

• Help build skills and self-belief through daily life tasks.
• Provide personal care when needed and maintain safeguarding practices.
