Job summary

Kent County Council is seeking Enablement Support Workers for the KEaH Team in West Kent South (Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells). The role involves helping residents on a journey to independence, delivering planned support in daily living and working with a diverse team across health and social care services.

Candidates should be empathetic, capable of handling challenging situations, and willing to travel across the required area.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for daily living including personal care as part of Enablement.
• Work with Enablement Locality Organiser, Supervisors, Social Workers and multi-agency partners.
• Deliver planned support to help individuals progress toward independence.
