We offer flexible patterns—full time, part time and relief—based on 39-hour equivalents; salaries are pro-rated and subject to disclosure checks.

All advertised salaries are based on 39 hours (FTE) and will be pro rata to contracted hours.**
Key Accountabilities:
As a Support Worker, you will help people live happy, independent lives. This may include supporting people with daily tasks, accompanying them to appointments, encouraging social activities, helping people develop new skills, and supporting them to be active members of their community. Above all, you will build positive relationships and provide respectful, person-centred support that helps people achieve their goals and make their own choices.
Supporting People in Their Daily Lives
Help individuals with everyday tasks such as preparing meals, shopping, tidying their home, and managing household routines.
Encourage people to do as much as possible for themselves, promoting confidence and independence.
The above-mentioned duties are not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to carry out other duties as necessary. It should be noted that stated duties or locations associated with the post may change to meet the future needs of the organisation.
