• Support and empower individuals to develop independent living skills as identified in person-centred plans.
• Work with Team Leaders to prepare and implement individual and group support programmes.
• Collaborate with other Support Workers to promote a safe working and living environment.
• Ensure medication is stored and administered per policy.
• Familiarise with administrative requirements and logging per guidelines.
• Attend training and adhere to Health & Safety procedures.
