Key in Scotland is seeking a dedicated support worker to help adults with varying needs live as independently as possible. You will empower individuals to make choices, maintain dignity and wellbeing, and adapt to a diverse range of support requirements within a local team.

Applicants should be caring, reliable and flexible, with readiness to work evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights. A person-centred approach is essential and training is provided throughout.
