Job summary

The Fedcap Group is recruiting an Employment Specialist to support clients across Surrey, helping them identify career goals and build personalised pathways into work. You will manage a caseload, collaborate with health and community partners, and provide in-work support to ensure sustainable employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with health conditions, disabilities or complex needs within employability or welfare-to-work services.
• Proven experience of the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with participants, employers and stakeholders.
• Strong belief in the life-changing impact of good work.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload with people facing health conditions, disabilities or barriers to employment.
• Develop personalised plans focusing on strengths, aspirations and goals.
• Identify career ambitions and create tailored pathways into work.
• Support CV development, interview prep and confidence building for participants.
• Promote health, wellbeing and financial benefits of employment; complete Better Off Calculations.
• Collaborate with local employers to create inclusive opportunities.
