Cartrefi Cymru Co in Bridgend is hiring a Female Support Worker to help people we support live fulfilled, independent lives. You will assist with everyday choices, personal care, and small tasks in the community, with emphasis on dignity and respect.

Hours include part-time and full-time shifts, with sleep-ins; salary is £13.59 per hour, sleep-ins £60 per night, and travel at 55p per mile. No experience required as full training is provided, and you’ll join a cooperative values-led team

Formación

• Able to represent service users to professionals
• Good written skills and empathetic record-keeping
• Full driving licence – essential

• Assist people we support with everyday choices and routines
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect
• Support individuals to participate in activities and stay connected with friends and family
• Help with finances, bills and home maintenance as needed
• Accompany and transport people to appointments and activities
