Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to empower participants with health support needs to secure meaningful, sustainable work. You will deliver person-centred support across the employment journey, from goal setting and action planning to securing roles and providing ongoing in-work assistance.

You’ll train in IPS delivery, collaborate with health professionals and employers, and manage your own caseload while meeting key targets for starts, outcomes, retention and fidelity to IPS

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating with health professionals, service providers and employers.
• Ability to manage a caseload and work towards KPIs (starts, outcomes, retention, fidelity).

Responsibilities

• Empower participants with health support needs to find meaningful employment.
• Provide personalised support along the employment journey from goals to action plans, to securing roles and ongoing in-work support.
• Build strong relationships with employers to create opportunity and sustainable placements.
• Work in a field-based role and manage your own caseload while meeting performance targets.
