The Forward Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic employability coach to support learners and job seekers toward sustainable employment and apprenticeships. You will deliver high-quality information, advice, and guidance aligned with Matrix and Gatsby standards, manage caseloads, and maintain accurate records with a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employability support including CV writing, job search and interview preparation.
• Ability to coach individuals and groups and build confidence in others.
• Experience engaging with employers, arranging interviews and gathering feedback to improve outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end employability support from onboarding to job placement and in-work support.
• Maintain accurate records using case management systems and meet KPIs.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and contractual compliance.
• Engage with employers to identify opportunities and coordinate interviews.
