Job summary

The Forward Trust in London is seeking an Employment Coach to help jobseekers gain confidence, develop employability skills, and secure sustainable work. You will work 35 hours per week, delivering 1:1 and group coaching, assisting with CVs, applications and interview practice, and supporting learners through the recruitment journey.
