Superior Healthcare is seeking two compassionate Personal Assistants to support a vibrant young woman living with a brain injury and epilepsy. This part-time role focuses on promoting independence, enabling participation in activities, and building confidence through positive, person-centred care.

The successful candidates will accompany her to appointments, manage daily routines, and contribute to a fulfilling lifestyle with a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker or Personal Assistant.
• Passion for empowering independence.
• Experience with complex needs beneficial.
• Driving license (UK) preferable.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support an active lifestyle and community participation.
• Accompany to appointments, activities and social outings.
• Encourage independence with daily routines and personal goals.
• Support skill development and confidence building.
• Identify and plan new opportunities, experiences and activities.
• Provide person-centred support that promotes choice and control.
• Support with epilepsy management following care plans.
• Promote wellbeing and quality of life.
