Qualifications

• 6 months experience in children or social care
• Strong relationship-building with young people
• Understanding of trauma, homelessness and domestic abuse
• TMVA/Restraint Training Certificate or willingness to obtain
• UK Driving Licence
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain
• Right to work in the UK

• Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support to young people
• Motivate and empower independence in daily living, education or employment
• Follow support plans and keyworker requests to guide care
