Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is supporting a specialist residential school in Hereford to recruit a Residential Support Worker on a permanent basis with immediate start. You will provide personalised care and educational support to young people, including personal hygiene, communication, activities and community access, while following individual placement plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.

You will work closely with education, care and therapeutic teams to promote dignity, independence

Qualifications

Experience supporting children or young people in education, care or residential settings.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to follow individual care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
Commitment to supporting young people’s development and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
