Job summary

Landau Ltd is seeking a Tutor in Stoke-on-Trent to deliver engaging, learner-centred sessions across Functional Skills English, Maths, PSD and Employability at entry to level 2. You will plan, deliver, assess and tailor activities for learners with diverse needs, including those with EHCPs, while promoting safeguarding and British values.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and deliver engaging learning sessions for diverse learners.
• Experience in assessing learner progress and providing feedback.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, equality duties and British values.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development and delivery of a high-quality learning programme meeting diverse learner needs.
• Undertake initial assessments, inductions and learner recruitment.
• Deliver sessions and support learners to achieve ASDAN Employability and Maths/English Skills from Entry Level to Level 2.
• Assess and monitor learners with EHCPs and coordinate reviews with parents/carers.
• Provide IAG and enrichment activities to help learners develop confidence for adult life.
• Coordinate with the Project Coordinator to source work placements and support employer links.
