Job summary

Landau Ltd invites applications for a Tutor to support learners across a range of programmes in a flexible, zero-hours capacity. The role emphasizes high-quality teaching, safeguarding and collaboration with the Project Coordinator to secure work placements.

You will deliver engaging sessions, assess progress and contribute to inclusive education across learners with diverse needs. Applicants should have a teaching qualification, be able to work with GCSE and Employability qualifications, and

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification required (essential).
• Maths and English at level 2 minimum.
• Experience teaching GCSE, functional skills and Employability.
• Be DBS checked and safeguarding aware.
• Able to travel between Landau sites.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development and delivery of high-quality study programmes.
• Promote and recruit to the programme and conduct inductions.
• Deliver engaging sessions for learners to achieve accredited qualifications.
• Assess, plan for and monitor learners including those with EHCPs.
• Direct and manage Learning Support Assistants to support teaching and learning.
