Responsibilities

• Be a safe, supportive presence for staff and students to ensure high quality education and care.
• Promote an aspirational culture and help deliver exceptional outcomes through collaboration.
• Support planning, delivery and evaluation of lessons, reading relevant documentation to meet students' needs.
• Follow safeguarding procedures, participate in appraisal processes, and support school improvement plans.
• Assist in behaviour management, check pupils' understanding, and provide constructive feedback.
• Undertake pastoral responsibilities and deputise for school functions as needed.
