Job summary

Reed is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS1 child with SEMH needs. You will be nurturing, resilient and able to build strong relationships with the pupil and school staff.

In this role you will use strategies agreed with the SENCO, provide structured 1:1 support, and help regulate emotions and behaviour to encourage engagement and positive choices. Weekly pay and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or similar support-based roles.
• Calm and patient nature
• Strong communication and resilience
