Job summary

Key in Scotland is recruiting a Support Worker to help adults with varying support needs live as independently as possible. You will empower individuals to make choices, maintain dignity, and improve overall wellbeing in a local team.

We offer full-time or part-time contracts, with training, SVQ funding, pensions, and a range of staff benefits. Roles include evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles is welcomed but not required.
• Desire to work flexibly including evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights.
