Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative in Torfaen is seeking a Support Worker to help people we support live fulfilling lives in the community. You will assist with everyday choices and help set personal goals, from daily routines to managing finances and housing.

You’ll empower individuals through person-centred support, participate in structured activities to build confidence, and assist with practical tasks like paying bills, chores, and staying connected with family and friends. Full training provided.

Qualificações

• Patience and empathy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to speak on behalf of others to a range of professionals
• Good written skills and the ability to record events with empathy and meaning
• Full driving licence - essential for transporting individuals to appointments and activities
• Have access to your own car and willingness to use it for transporting people we support, with business insurance covered
