The role focuses on person-centred support, helping with daily activities, finances, and social activities in a respectful, empowering way.

Qualifikationen

• Patience and empathy are essential.
• Ability to provide intimate personal care with respect and dignity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to speak on behalf of others to professionals.
• Good written skills and ability to record events with empathy.
• Full driving licence is essential.

Aufgaben

• Actively support individuals in making choices and setting goals.
• Help with daily activities, finances, and household tasks.
• Encourage participation in day-to-day activities and community outings.
• Provide person-centred support to promote well-being and meaningful moments.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities as needed.
• Support across shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins when required.
