Job summary

Codi Group in Cimla, Neath, Wales, invites applications for a part-time Support Worker role in our not-for-profit Supported Living team. The position offers 20.5 hours weekly with varied shifts and every other weekend off, requiring a UK driving licence and compassionate, person-centered care.

You will support two individuals with disabilities in a community setting, helping them develop independence, participate in activities, and stay safe. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with physical or mental health needs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver compassionate care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support for daily needs including personal care.
• Assist with mobility and use of mobility aids.
• Support dietary needs and meal preparation.
• Administer and manage medication and monitor stocks.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and records.
