CareTech is recruiting Support Workers for a service in Llandudno, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. No prior experience? Full training and a structured induction are provided.

We value care, patience, and reliability, with a willingness to work unsociable hours on a rota. Enhanced DBS is paid for by CareTech, and career progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and compassionate approach.
• Basic IT and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to work unsocial hours and on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
